Normally, a lion’s new born young are not doing well. However, the adorable male in the video below can’t wait to meet his baby for the first time.
The touching video was shot in the Denver Zoo and then uploaded on Facebook, melting hearts across the world!

The 12-pound cub was born on July 31 at the zoo and has only spent time with his mother since then.
As a result, the zoo’s staff decided it was time for the newcomer to meet his family.
And the internet-won moment when he finally met his two-year-old father.
The small lion will soon be ready to make his first public appearance, according to authorities at the Denver Zoo.

“He’s spent the last couple months bonding with his mom, dad and half-sister behind the scenes at Predator Ridge at Denver Zoo, and will soon make his big public debut in one of the outdoor habitats,” Jake Kubié, Denver Zoo’s director of communications, told Bored Panda.
“He’s all the things you might expect of a lion cub: playful, curious and energetic!”
While Neliah and Tobias, the young one’s parents, are well-known in Denver, he has yet to be given a name.
As a result, the zoo is looking for help with the name from its followers.
The options, according to the Bored Panda, include Meru, which is the name of a Tanzanian mountain, Moremi, which is the name of a Botswana game reserve, and Tatu, which is the Swahili word for three (the cub is the lioness’ third child).
Everyone is encouraged to vote and donate $1 to the three finalists, according to the zoo.
