The secret to staying ripped at 50 with four kids, according to a former Australian footballer, is sex, and a lot of it.
Travers ‘Candyman’ Beynon, who is approaching his 50th birthday, has stated that he consumes up to seven litres of water each day and has sex up to 10 times per week to keep his youthful appearance.
”A multi-millionaire playboy, successful serial entrepreneur, husband, generous boyfriend to various women, doting father to 4 children, fitness fanatic, supercar collector, race car driver, and CEO of FREECHOICE”. according to Beynon’s publicists.
“I owe a lot of my success to the dedication to good eating and training habits over many years, never allowing excuses not to train or eat poorly.” Beynon said.
“If you can achieve this, then you can apply the same principles to work or business.”
Beynon informed LADbible about his unusual daily schedule, which includes getting up at 3 a.m. and eating pure, unadulterated rice for breakfast.
His first workout begins at 4:30 a.m. and can continue up to 90 minutes.
After a morning at the office, he squeezes in a cardio workout before working in his home office for an hour or two.
He occasionally substitutes a bike ride for the aerobic exercise and transfers his strength training session to the afternoon.
Beynon and his wife Taesha Beynon, as well as his other lover Nisha Downes, live in the ‘Candy Shop Mansion.’
He’s been known to have up to six ladies living with him and his wife at any given time in order to engage in their polyamorous relationship.
Benyon also acknowledged to sticking to a strict diet to support his sex and regular workouts, which he’s been doing since he was 13 years old.
“I range between 2500 calories or 4500 calories each day, depending on how lean I want my body to be.” he explained.
“These calories are broken up into Macros – ensuring I have the right amount of Carbs, Proteins and fats.”
To break up the rice breakfasts, he only allows himself one ‘cheat meal’ every week (which we can only imagine he eats dry to avoid the water calories.)
“Every Sunday night,” he said.” We eat KFC, followed by donuts and then lots of chocolates in our cinema as we watch a movie together as a family. This is a family tradition that we have been doing for many years”
And once the kids are all tucked in bed, it’s not hard to guess what follows that family ritual…
